Save the Date: Customer Experience Workshop am 10. April 2019
We already announced it at last October's Customer Experience Day, and now it's getting concrete: INTRASOFT is holding the first Customer Experience Workshop! We will bring developers and users together on April 10th. As a customer, you can and should tell us your needs and suggestions directly and thus help to determine the further development of PQFORCE!
What is at issue?
At INTRASOFT, we have always aimed to develop our PQFORCE platform as close to the customer as possible. The combination of this mindset with modern web technology and a SaaS operating model allows us to offer a platform with PQFORCE that can very quickly meet the latest user needs. You can never please everyone - but we always pursue this ideal as our goal and motivation.
In recent months, and especially since the introduction of TODO objects, we have come to the conclusion that a Gantt chart is not the optimal planning tool for projects. In our fast-moving times, tasks are reassessed on a daily basis, unpredictable activities are suddenly added, priorities change or resource availability is no longer as once thought. A Gantt chart is a good visualization of a process plan, but it is a rather static structure and not made for daily adjustments. It is precisely the large adjustment effort that leads to the fact that the project plan then never really represents the current status. New planning tools are needed for our dynamic business world! TODOS has proven to be an extremely popular tool with our customers to cope with this dynamic. Now we want to merge the TODOS with the Gantt Chart!
What are we doing at this workshop?
At our first PQFORCE Experience Day on October 25, we had already presented initial ideas and announced that we wanted to align our ideas with you, our customers. This is what we are doing now! We want to get you on board at the first PQFORCE Customer Experience Workshop to do some requirements engineering with you and develop a specification for a completely new way of planning projects! So that PQFORCE develops in the direction you want it to go.
When and where will the event take place?
Make a note of the date: Wednesday afternoon, April 10, 2019. The workshop will take place at the premises of INTRASOFT AG in Hünenberg. We will announce the exact time and schedule as the date approaches.
Who's in?
Interested users from our clientele are invited. Primarily project managers, portfolio managers or those responsible for project management.
But the number of participants is very limited. Why? It is a workshop, not an information event. We want to roll up our sleeves and get the most out of the half-day with you, discuss intensively and record solutions based on concrete examples, which we can then implement in PQFORCE. We want to have people with us who can contribute ideas and work constructively but also critically.
How do we go about it?
On the part of INTRASOFT, we will present a fairly concrete proposal for how a project plan with PQFORCE can be done differently. Based on this proposal, we will start the discussion and take questions, wishes and ideas.

Dr. Daniel Hösli is Managing Director and Lead Consultant at INTRASOFT AG, whose SaaS solution PQFORCE is the leading platform for agile, project-oriented business management.
