Do you have more questions about the Free Edition?
- How long does the Free Edition subscription last?
The use of the Free Edition has no time limit. However, systems without user activity are deleted after 90 days.
- What restrictions exist for the Free Edition?
Besides the reduced functionality and the limit on amount of resources and projects there are no further restrictions on the usage of the Free Edition. You may therefore use PQFORCE Free Edition also for commercial purposes.
- How many users can I add to a Free Edition workspace?
The Free Edition has a limit of 9 resources, which means that a maximum of 8 employees and thus 8 user can be added.
- How can I cancel my PQFORCE workspace?
PQFORCE Free Edition Workspaces are automatically deleted after 90 days of user inactivity.
- Will I be billed for something?
No services will be charged for the usage of Free Edition and no payment information needs to be provided upon subscription.
- What other PQFORCE Editions are available?
If you need to work with more resources and projects and a wider set of features, have a look at Starter Edition. For managing bigger organizations or for more specific needs you can contact us for Enterprise Edition.
- How can I upgrade my Free Edition?
You can immediately upgrade your Free Edition workspace anytime to a higher edition (except Enterprise) from the customer center. All data in your workspace will be kept and there is no system downtime.
