- How does Starter Edition pricing work?
The price for a Starter Edition workspace is composed of the price for the selected amount of resources and projects. Higher amounts result in a lower price per unit. Additionallz there is a discount when choosing a longer billing period. In Starter Edition 10 projects are included free of charge.
- How many users can I add to a PQFORCE Starter workspace?
The Starter Edition can have from 10 to 35 resources, depending on your subscription plan. This means that a maximum of 9 to 34 employee resources and thus 9 to 34 user can be added to your workspace, depending on your subscription plan.
- How do I cancel my PQFORCE subscription?
You can disable the renewal of your PQFORCE subscription in the customer center. Your subscription will become inactive at the end of the current billing cycle. Systems of iInactive subscriptions will be automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Can I revert my PQFORCE Starter workspace to PQFORCE Free?
No, it is not possible to revert a PQFORCE workspace to a lower edition.
- When will I be billed?
You will be automatically billed for your subscription at the end of a billing cycle. Also you will be prompted for payment when you do a subscription upgrade.
- What other PQFORCE editions are available?
If you want to work with more resources and projects and a wider range of functions, you should take a look at the Advanced Edition. For managing larger undertakings or for more specific requirements, you can contact us about the Enterprise Edition.
